garlic - 5-7 cloves minced

ginger - 1 inch piece finely grated

green chilies - 2-3 (or red chili powder)

tomato puree - 3 cups (6-8 tomatoes or 1 can)

milk - 1 cup

water

butter - 2 tablespoons

cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

clove powder - 1/2 teaspoon

cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder - 2 heap teaspoons

turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

salt to taste

cream - 1 1/2 cups
