½ head romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup endive, thinly sliced

½ cup arugula

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ avocado, sliced

2 tablespoons of almonds, chopped – I soak my almonds overnight, easier to digest

2 tablespoons olive oil or flaxseed oil

1 lemon, juiced

¼ tsp garlic, minced

pinch of sea salt
