I used okara instead of oats and used 2 cups of nuts and one cup of fruit and baked for 40 mins.

This recipe is yummy and super easy! I just changed the peanut butter to almond butter and added more nuts to compensate.

Ingredients

2 cups of oats

3/4 cup of almonds or cashews

1/2 cup unsweetened dry coconut

1/4 cup of sesame seeds

ΒΌ cup of flax seed

2 cups of chopped dried fruit (cranberries, chopped apricots, pineapple currants, cherries, your choice! )

1/2 cup of honey.. sometimes I add a little maple syrup too

1 cup of unsalted crunchy peanut butter

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt
