1/2 cup raisins or dried currants

2 tsp. ground cinnamon,

or more to taste

1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, or to taste

6 Tbs. plain nonfat Greek yogurt or soy yogurt, optional
