These were easy and would have been so great if I had cooked them slower. They were brown on top fast, but still uncooked inside. Next time i will try 325 instead of 350.

2 3/4 cup all purpose flour

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup butter, softened

1 lb. light brown sugar (Oh my and thank you!)

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips

1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
