This looks awesome. There are a lot of people who are crust averse due to dietary issues, or are just plain afraid of making a crust (doughphobia). Issue solved! The cool thing is that you can use any size ramekins you want, and if you want to get even more adventurous, try using cookie cutters to make little shapes after you've de-ramekinized the pie. I haven't actually tried this, so if it falls apart, I'll take the fifth in court!

Ingredients for 5 servings

15 oz pure pumpkin

2 x large eggs

1 x large egg yolk

1 cup Heavy Cream

1 tbs Brandy

3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar

1 tsp Fresh ginger

1 tsp Fresh Ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Table Salt

1/8 tsp Grated Nutmeg

1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper

0.13 x Ground cloves

2 tbs Light Brown Sugar

1 tsp Ground Ginger

1 tsp Brandy
