  • 2 cups sodium-reduced chicken stock
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 6 cups chopped broccoli (uncooked)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped dill (you can also used dried dill)
  • pepper to taste
  • extra broccoli heads, for garnish - optional
