1 cup vegan sugar, evaporated cane juice crystals

1 cup roughly chopped almonds

1/4 cup almond meal

1 Tbsp flax seed powder

1 Tbsp baking powder

1 tsp sea salt

dash cayenne

3-5 dashes cinnamon

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp fresh grated ginger

1/2 cup almond milk (or soy milk)

1/2 cup chai tea concentrate

2 Tbsp almond oil

1 large ripe pear, diced into thin dime-sized bits.

Topping garnish: whole raw almonds, pear bits, dash of sugar
