1 cup uncooked orzo pasta

2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chopped fresh basil

1/2 yellow bell pepper , cut into 1-inch pieces

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves or chopped fresh basil
