6 cups sprouted grain bread, cut into cubes or torn into pieces (you can use gluten-free bread)

1 cup vegetable broth (make your own)*

1 tsp fresh sage, finely chopped

1/2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

tsp fresh sage, finely chopped

1 cup walnuts, chopped

1/2 cup sundried raisins of your choice
