2.0 tsp chopped fresh oregano or marjoram or ½ tsp dried

extra-virgin olive oil

6 tiny parsley sprigs

2 bay leaves

1.0 tbsp olive oil

1.4l chicken stock or vegetable stock (Kallo is good)

a handful of flatleaf parsley , chopped
