1 cup whole wheat pastry flour

grated zest and juice of 1 lime

4 tablespoons cold trans-free margarine, cut into pieces

1 large egg white, beaten

1/4 cup apricot nectar

3 tablespoons mango chutney

3 tablespoons light brown sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 1/2 pounds firm-ripe mango, sliced (about 4 cups)

8 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping
