The sauce was great but the potato crust didn't work for me at all. It stuck to the pan and not the fish. Any idea why?

I really enjoyed making this! I cheated and used frozen (thawed) hashbrowns and it worked great :)

This recipe is delicious! I couldn't find halibut or capers at my grocery store, so I just used tilapia and green onions, and it turned out well! Very easy recipe and so good!

Ingredients for 4 servings

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons drained capers, minced

¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives

Salt and pepper

4 skinless halibut fillets (6 to 8 ounces each), ¾ to 1 inch thick

¾ pound russet potatoes, peeled and coarsely grated

¼ cup olive oil
