Ingredients for 10 servings

1 1/2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk (I use the nonfat version)

4 large eggs

1 pie pumpkin (see step 1)

1 cup sugar (see step 10 for alternatives)

3 cups pumpkin , glop (ok... "sieved, cooked pumpkin")

1 teaspoon ground allspice

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt (I don't use any) (optional)
