  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsps grated lemon zest
  • 3 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 rib celery, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 lbs crabmeat, picked over to remove any cartilage
  • salad greens for serving
