1/3 cup currants

20 drained bottled grape leaves

6 oz lean ground beef

1/4 cup pine nuts , toasted

1/4 cup each chopped fresh dill , (or 1/2 tsp/2 mL each dried)

2 tsp grated lemon rind

1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

1 cup sodium-reduced chicken or vegetable stock
