¼ cup pre-cooked, unsalted pumpkin seeds

¼ cup unsalted almonds, roughly chopped into chunks

¼ cup minced fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley

3 tablespoons dried cranberries

3 tablespoons golden raisins

1 tablespoon olive oil

sea salt, to taste

ground black pepper, to taste
