  • 1 ½ cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 ½ cups fresh asparagus slices
  • ½ cup fresh kumquats, sliced into thin rings
  • ¼ cup pre-cooked, unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup unsalted almonds, roughly chopped into chunks
  • ¼ cup minced fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley
  • 3 Tbsps dried cranberries
  • 3 Tbsps golden raisins
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
