6 fingerling potatoes, halved

1 cup dried chickpeas

3 cups water

4 green onions, sliced

1 rib celery, chopped

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

5 plum tomatoes, cored and chopped

2 parsnips, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped
