1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

2 large seedless oranges

1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 1/4 cups beer

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon onion powder
