1/4 cup diced celery

2 cups cubed cooked chicken

1 1/2 cups cooked long-grain rice

Curry Dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise

4 green onions , sliced (white and green parts)

1/2-1 teaspoon curry powder , to taste

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

2 tablespoons reserved artichoke marinade

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
