I did 1 cup whole wheat flour and 3/4 cup ap flour. It came out great. The kid and the hubby love it.

I made this with whole grain flour, canned pumpkin, Splenda, nuts and dark chocolate chunks. It turned out so delicious even my kids can't stop eating it.

Turned out very yummy. I substituted 1/2 C. whole wheat flour for 1/2 of white flour. Warning: This is NOT a low-calorie treat!

Ingredients

1 cup butternut squash purée

2 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup water

1 cup white sugar

½ cup brown sugar

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoons baking soda

½ teaspoon kosher salt

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground cardamom
