1 14oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups marinara sauce, fresh or jarred

fresh basil

salt + pepper, to taste

red pepper [chili] flakes

add or replace beans with shredded chicken

sun-dried tomatoes

parmesan cheese
