1/2 cup baby carrot, chopped small

1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped

1-2 teaspoon peanut butter

1/4 cup vegetable oil (I used corn oil)

1/8 cup rice vinegar

Dressing

1/8 cup sugar (more or less to taste)

1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
