1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced

1 Carrot, julienne or thinly sliced

1 Zucchini, julienne or thinly sliced

2-3 Garlic cloves, minced

1 Lemon

1 Cup of good white wine

4 Thyme sprigs, pulled from the stem

1 Tablespoon of butter

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper
