  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 (4-oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tsps olive oil
  • 1/2 cup bottled salsa
  • 2 Tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 ripe avocado, cubed
  • 2 Tbsps thinly sliced green onions (optional)

Tasty recipe. We combined with chilli corn cobs which were a great addition.
