1 tablespoon dry white wine

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced

1/4 teaspoon salt + salt to taste

1 tablespoon tomato paste

4 ounces diced boiled ham

Pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped parsley
