2 x 29 oz cans tomato sauce

1 tsp Cumin

1 tbsp Chili Powder

3 x garlic cloves, crushed

3 x chicken bouillion cubes

1 tbsp flour, shaken in a jar with 2 Tblsp water

1 lb fresh mexican chorizo

12 x eggs, beaten well

1/2 lb grated cheese (Monterey Jack, mild cheddar, or shredded Mexican blend)

1 cup queso fresco

salt an pepper to taste

vegetable oil for frying
