Ingredients for 2 servings

200 g conchiglie (shell) pasta, or other small, hollow shape

100 g (approx. 1 cup) fresh podded peas (or frozen)

1/3 cup ricotta cheese

3 tbsp single cream

1/4 cup parmesan

1 tbsp olive oil

zest of one lemon

juice of 1/2 a lemon

2 tbsp roughly chopped basil (or only small leaves)

sea salt and black pepper
