This takes you to a different recipe, so I just made up goat cheese with s&p, fresh basil; marinated heirloom cherry tomatoes with olive oil, fresh basil, s&p, balsamic; cooked the beans with garlic then topped the toast.

1 French baguette, cut into 1/3 inch thick slices

6 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1/4 cup fresh basil, cut into thin strips

3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/4 cup chopped pitted Greek olives

1 cup canned great northern beans, rinsed and drained

5 ounces goat cheese
