2 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 can (28 oz/796 mL) diced tomatoes

1 can (29 oz/540 mL) red kidney beans , drained and rinsed

2 cups vegetable stock

1 cup finely grated carrot

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 cup corn kernels

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 tbsp lemon juice
