1 1/2 cup dried figs, finely chopped

3/4 cup water

1 tbsp plus 1 Teaspoon olive oil

2 tbsp plus 1 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp dried Oregano

1 tsp dried Thyme

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste

1/3 cup Kalamata or Greek olives, finely chopped

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, finely chopped

2 x cloves of garlic, minced

Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

1/8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
