1 Cup butter, softened

2 Cups plus 4 TB. flour, divided

2 3/4 Cups plus 2 TB. sugar, divided

6 eggs, separated (reserve egg whites)

1 tsp. KORINTJE CINNAMON

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. PURE ALMOND EXTRACT

1 Cup half and half

2 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT

1/2 Cup chopped nuts (optional)

1/2 Cup coconut, shredded (optional)
