Ingredients for 6 servings

6-10 flour tortillas , warmed

2 tablespoons canola oil

2 ounces mexican hot cocoa

3-4 lbs roasting chickens , stewed, skin and bones removed

4-6 cups chicken stock (add enough to make consistency of thick gravy)

1 cinnamon stick

2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

2-4 tablespoons brown sugar (to taste)

1 cup prepared mole, poblano sauce

6 ounces tomato paste

salt and pepper, to taste
