1/2 cup of freshly-squeezed lime juice

1/2 cup of freshly-squeezed orange juice

1/2 red onion, finely diced

1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced

1/2 ripe mango, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon of chopped flat-leaf parsley

sea salt, to taste
