2 medium yellow onions, sliced

1 small head of garlic, pressed

1/4 cup olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoon fresh celery blossoms ( or 1/2 teaspoon dried celery seeds)

pinch sea salt

pinch cayenne pepper

1/2 cup dry white wine

3 cups small butterball potatoes, diced

4-5 cups chicken stock (homemade if possible)

6 cups mixed summer squash, diced

pinch ground white pepper

1/8 cup fresh dill fronds, coarsely chopped

6 ounces plain yogurt (creamy greek yogurt or sheep yogurt if you can find it)

2 cloves garlic, pressed

1/2 Meyer Lemon, juice

1/2 Meyer Lemon, zest

1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped

tiny pinch sea salt
