1/3 cup (3 ounces) fat-free ricotta cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried

1 egg white

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 recipe plum tomato sauce

3 tablespoons (3/4 ounce) grated parmesan cheese
