1/2 cup maple syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Pinch of allspice

Pinch of salt

2 cups heavy cream

2 cups milk

4 tablespoons butter

½ cup pecan halves

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup cream
