3 C Arugula

2 C Watermelon thinly sliced

1/2 C Cannellini beans

a few slices of Chevre: aka goat cheese (mmhmm my fave b/c its perf for those lactose intolerant peeps.

Dressing: ExVirg olive oil + apple cider vinegar + honey + sea salt (to taste)
