1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced in half

1 handful genovese basil, cut into thick strips

1 sprinkle micro-basil

4 x garlic cloves, finely chopped

4 tbsp lemon juice

4 glugs olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 x french baguette, sliced into rounds
