2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Zest of 1 orange

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 peaches or nectarines, sliced

1 tablespoon of butter

1 teaspoon of organic sugar
