220 g plain flour

1/4 tsp salt

110 g unsalted butter, cut into 1cm cubes

1/4 cup crème fraîche

1/4 cup ice-cold water

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

1 x onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 large potato, peeled and cut into 1.5cm chunks

2 medium parsnips, peeled and cut into 1.5cm chunks

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

sea salt and black pepper, to taste
