1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon dark sesame oil

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 pound shiitake mushrooms, stems discarded, caps thinly sliced

1/2 pound button mushrooms, thinly sliced

1 pound spinach leaves, torn into bite size pieces (16 cups)

3 cups halved cherry tomatoes
