200 gm dried figs, cut into eighths

250 gm For Final dough,flour

250 gm whole wheat flour

265 gm liquid (wine drained from soaked figs/nuts, plus enough water to make 265 g) at room temperature

10 gm salt

2 gm instant yeast

166 gm mature 100%-hydration sourdough starter

all of the soaked, drained figs and pine nuts
