  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 slices vegan american cheese
  • 1/2 small purple onion, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • salt to taste
  • 4 burrito-sized tortillas
