1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, cut into quarters

1/2 pound fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)

3 cups thinly sliced mushrooms (about 8 ounces)

1 medium red pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
