2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 medium Shallots, chopped

1/2 tsp Ground Ginger

1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika

1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

scant 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/4 tsp red chille flakes

1/4 tsp Ground Tumeric

1/4 tsp Fine Grain Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 lb Dried Pappardelle egg pasta, 225g

1/2 lb Asparagus, sliced in 1/4inch round, 225g

splash x Cream

1/2 cup Pine Nuts, toasted & chopped

2 tbsp Mint, roughly chopped

2 tbsp Parsley, roughly chopped
