3 kaffir lime leaves (ideally laksa leaves are best)

3 butter lettuce leaves , trimmed, will form lettuce cups

1/2 tablespoon salt

3 leaves cilantro

3 mint leaves

1 teaspoon Thai basil , finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon fish sauce

1/2 tablespoon sugar

6 carrots (cut into sticks)

4-6 grape leaves

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 cup white onion, finely diced

1 tablespoon peanuts , ground

3 tablespoons honey

6 jicama (cut into sticks)

3 Thai basil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
