Came out great! Timing is right on, easy peasy. I put them on a foil lined baking sheet cut side down to get a nice browning and then I dislodged and shook them a bit 10 min before taking them out. The garlic bits burned but added a tasty crunch.

8 small to medium red potatoes, cubed

2-3 garlic cloves chopped

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

sea salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

1 dash cayenne pepper
