4 Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed baby salad greens
  • 1 cup shaved summer squash (such as zucchini and yellow squash)
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 3 Tbsps bottled Italian vinaigrette dressing

Love this simple salad recipe. I would skip the bottled Italian dressing and make my own. Olive oil and sea salt are tasty. Add a little lemon, spice or balsamic vinegar to vary the taste.
