This was tons of fun to make, but I made it slightly differently. Instead of Artichoke Hearts, I added feta and chopped provalone cheese. I ended up having more salad than I had puff pastry, so we ate that and it was delicious as well.

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
